Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much should I tip?

A: Tipping for a service is generally 10-20% of the total service. Based on quality and how you felt the service was.

Q: What if I am late for my appointment?

A: If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please call and let us know. If you are later than 15 minutes, we regret that we may not be able to fit you in. It may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Q: Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

A: By making an appointment we can ensure you receive the attention and quality of service you deserve, and our staff will be ready for you at the time of your appointment. Although making an appointment is preferred, we would love to serve you at any time if there is availability.

Q: How long should I grow my hair before waxing and is anyone a candidate?

A: For optimum results hair should be one-quarter of an inch in length. Certain medical conditions and the consumption of certain medications prohibit us from waxing.

Q: What should I wear / bring to receive a spa service?

A: We will have everything necessary for you when you arrive for your spa service. Dress comfortably and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Q: Is it ok if I bring in a picture I found out of a magazine to show my stylist?

A: Absolutely, it is good to have a clear idea of what you want when changing your hair style or color; this will assist your stylist in getting a visual of what you are thinking. Keep in mind that everyone's hair is different, but our stylist will do their best to achieve your desired outcome.

Q: If I want to do a major color change on my hair, what is the best way to go about it?

A: You should come in for a consultation before committing to a major change. After you meet with your stylist, together you can determine price and what will work in your situation.
